These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Website"). Hedgemere Capital is a trading name of Hedgemere Group LLC ("Hedgemere Capital", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website and the information on it are intended solely for professional and institutional investors. They are not intended for, and should not be relied upon by, retail investors. By using the Website you confirm that you are a professional or institutional investor, or are acting on behalf of one, and that accessing this information is permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. The Website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Hedgemere Capital acts solely as an introducer. We identify and review fund managers and, where appropriate, introduce them to investors. In doing so:

Investors are responsible for carrying out their own independent due diligence and for obtaining their own professional advice before making any investment decision.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, managed account or other investment product or service, nor a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Any such offer may only be made by the relevant manager through its own offering documents and in compliance with applicable law.

The information on the Website is provided for general information purposes only. While we take reasonable care to ensure it is accurate at the time of publication, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and it may be changed without notice. Figures shown, including aggregate assets under management and the number of managers in our selection, are aggregate indications across our network and do not represent the performance of any individual manager or strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Investing in alternative investment strategies, including strategies that trade foreign exchange, digital assets, futures, indices and other leveraged instruments, involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing all of the capital invested. Such investments are not suitable for every investor.

6. Confidentiality of information you provide

Information submitted by managers, including track records, position-level data and strategy details, is treated as confidential and is not shared with investors without the manager's consent. Investor details are not disclosed to managers until both parties have agreed to proceed. Where appropriate, confidentiality is further governed by a separate non-disclosure agreement. 7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics and the Hedgemere Capital name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Hedgemere Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
